Its been a heck of Saturday in Annapolis, at least for me anyway, with so many things to do I’m finding time to be in relatively short supply. After having taken advantage of those brief periods of unobstructed sunshine earlier this morning the rest of my day has been accented with signs of the upcoming inclement weather system about to arrive later in the City.
Of course a number of my fellow Annapolitans seem to be spending their day laying in supplies for tomorrow’s weather event while I myself am one of those last minute preparedness types. Well with that small matter of my weekly shopping still at hand I needed to post this picture from earlier today before heading back out into the chaos.
I encountered this seagull earlier in the morning who also seemed to be taking advantage of those scattered periods of sunshine to enjoy the waters of the Severn River off Horn Point. We both had our routines down pat at that moment where I slowly sipped my coffee as the seagull strutted back and forth in front of me with each movement of the water’s current along the shoreline.
Enjoy the rest of your day and make sure that you have plenty of milk, bread and toilet paper so too speak,
