It was a cold peaceful morning along Ego Alley in Annapolis today as I sipped my coffee and watched as the sun began to rise out beyond Greenbury Point. Around the dock remnants of the recent snowfall could be seen as runners moved about in a quick yet cautious manner dodging the occasional patches of ice as did those who were out walking their four legged friends.
I was quite satisfied just standing on the dock and taking in the views of the nearby bulkhead pilings reflecting off the surface of the water and watching this pair of ducks passing by creating ripple like distortions in front of me.
