Annapolis Maryland Picture of the Day

One of the nice things about living here in Annapolis is how quickly the weather can go from late winter to late spring in a matter of days. This morning I was preparing to head outside for a walk when I glanced over into the dining room and there was one of my semi-winter coats hung on the back of a chair. Yes last week I was wearing that coat and today is all that was needed was a pair of shorts and comfortable short sleeve shirt.
Upon arriving downtown I could see that Annapolitans were out enjoying the weather as well for there were walkers, runners and cyclists on just about every street while the gulls were clustered along the end of Ego Alley anxious to pickup a bit of breakfast from the visitors sitting on the waterside benches.
The atmosphere was relaxed and laid back all in all just a nice time to be outside enjoying the morning sunshine. Some other city residents were enjoying their time hanging around outside as well as was the case of this fellow who stopped to say hello while on their way from the freshly mulched ground cover in the garden to the upper recesses of this tree.
Enjoy a little time outside today because now we can finally put those winter coats in storage,
